Payments are made by BACS on the last working day of the month
following the tax point on your invoice

Your invoice should be posted in the pre-paid envelope,
properly completed, individually by course, including

Your actual name
·
Course no/type
·
Your tax point/invoice date
·
Your sort code and A/C No
Invoices must have
attached the Course Register, Trainer Summary, and other any specific
notes/feedback, only if necessary
Our payments are inclusive; Trainers/Assessors
should work within their own specified areas, without undue extra cost, travel,
etc
You are strictly responsible for your own
NI/PAYE as a self-employed sub-contractor, if you are attending a nursery,
school or college, etc, please read the following advice
All courses run from 9am - 4pm, unless
specified otherwise, and an initial domestics session must be run, covering
fire exits, dangers, conveniences, smoking areas, etc
Claytons require copies of relevant certificates/evidence of HSE and any other training qualification, up-to-date, and 2 passport sized photographs, we track your personal development and client feedback
Training must be provided, specific to the
client/organisation, without discrimination in any form whatsoever,
Claytons provide all manuals, paperwork, feedback and certificates, however
your own equipment must be clean, hygienic and up-to-date
