Credit accounts may be opened on receipt of a signed and dated booking form, all invoices are payable upon presentation

Course bookings may only be cancelled in exceptional circumstances and in writing, the course price will be due as follows

• over eight weeks notice 100%reduction
• over six weeks notice (but less than eight) 75% reduction
• over four weeks notice (but less than six) 50% reduction
• over two weeks notice (but less than four) 25% reduction
• less than two weeks notice full price payable
